This is the 2nd Annual Pandemonium Weekend South Beach Edition. This is a weekend getaway to the sands of South Beach that will include numerous social events and nightlife events. The trip will include packages with pricing that include Airfare and Hotel.
Relax, unwind and recharge at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, located in the heart of vibrant, cosmopolitan South Beach with direct access to the ocean and all the city has to offer.
Package pricing has been constructed for 5 areas (Washington DC, Baltimore, New York, Norfolk, and Atlanta). There is pricing for flights into and out of both Miami (MIA) and Ft. Lauderdale Airports. Packages & Details
Each package includes 1 room and 1 flight for each guest. For rooms with 2-4 people their will be 2 beds and for 1 person there will be 1 King Size bed. If you have any guests that are interested in obtaining a suite, please have them use the Loews website to see what room interests them and I will obtain pricing for that room and give you the price for the package. There will be no transportation from the airport included. Upon check each room will have to put a credit card on file for incidentals. The prices prompted are subject to change due to flight price increase the closer we get to the actual travel dates. An initial deposit will be required to secure all package pricing.
Booking Info
For booking there will be an $150 deposit which locks in your rate and spot on the trip. Rooms are limited. Once your group is ready to move forward with a package you will email [Full Name, Phone number, DOB (flight purposes), and Email] to Events@UniqueSocietyDC.com or fill out the RSVP form below to contact us. Upon receiving this email each person will receive a invoice via PAYPAL for the deposit.
Terms & Agreements
Each person is required to pay $150 deposit. The deposit is counted towards your total package price. Following the payment of the deposit your remaining balance will be broken down into payments upon request. By April 22nd 70% the trips balance must be paid. The trip must be paid in full by May 27th. If money is not paid by deadline you are subject to not receive confirmation for hotel or airfare. Any money paid is non-refundable. For any package each person in the group will be provided one flight ticket and one hotel room for the whole group.
As far as the non-refundable clause goes, if someone in your party for some reason cannot make the trip your group can use the credit of any money paid towards another guest filling in for that person or you can downgrade to a smaller group package and use the already paid money towards your trip. Lastly that credit cannot be transferred outside the group.
